Q: Do you offer in-store shopping?
A: Dance Mistress is currently an online-only store. We occasionally attend events and pop-up stores, so follow us on social media for updates.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind?
A: Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and returned with tags attached. Custom-made, personalised and sale items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Q: Do you offer customisation or personalised options?
A: Yes. We offer selected custom-fit, customised and made-to-order products. If you would like custom colours, materials, sizing or design modifications, please contact us at sales@dancemistress.com.au before placing your order.
Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: We provide detailed size charts for both costumes and shoes. Please compare your measurements with the relevant size chart before ordering.

Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery timeframes?
A: Shipping fees depend on the products purchased.
- Costumes: AUD $15 flat rate shipping
- Free shipping on costume orders over AUD $300
- Pole shoes: AUD $25 flat rate shipping
- Small incremental shipping cost for each additional pair
Production times:
- Costumes: Up to 10 business days
- Pole shoes: Up to 7 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide and currently serve customers in more than 60 countries and regions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local government charges.

A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

A: We recommend gentle hand washing for costumes and careful handling of rhinestones, mesh and delicate fabrics. For pole shoes, we recommend using shoe protectors to help reduce scuffing and extend their lifespan. Always refer to the product description for specific care instructions.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or studio orders?
