Free Shipping: Available on costume orders over AUD $300.
Pole Shoes
Shipping: AUD $25
Due to the size, weight and international shipping costs associated with footwear, free shipping is not available on pole shoes.

- Transit Time – the time required for the courier to deliver your order.

Dance Mistress is an Australian brand based in Melbourne, Australia.
We proudly ship worldwide and currently serve customers in more than 60 countries and regions.
To provide faster and more reliable delivery, some products may be dispatched from fulfilment partners, warehouses, or production facilities located outside Australia.
All orders are shipped using tracked shipping services.
Production Times
All Dance Mistress products are made-to-order, custom-made, or prepared specifically for each customer.
Production times begin after payment has been received and do not include shipping transit times.

Many costume orders are completed sooner; however, we recommend allowing the full production period when planning for competitions, showcases, performances, photoshoots, or special events.
Pole Shoes

Many shoe orders are completed sooner; however, we recommend allowing the full production period before shipment.
Production Time Notice
Many orders are completed significantly faster than the timeframes stated above. The stated production times represent our standard production commitment and are intended to accommodate peak periods, customisation requests, material availability, and production fluctuations.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the type of products purchased.

Where an order contains both costumes and pole shoes, footwear shipping rates may apply.

Dance Mistress reserves the right to adjust shipping rates from time to time without prior notice.
Rush Orders & Express Shipping
If you require your order for a specific competition, showcase, performance, photoshoot, or event date, please contact us before placing your order.
In many cases, we may be able to offer:
- Priority production
- Rush manufacturing
- Express shipping options
- Alternative fulfilment arrangements
Availability depends on current production schedules, stock availability, destination country, and courier capacity.
Additional fees may apply for rush production or expedited shipping services.
While we will make every reasonable effort to meet requested deadlines, Dance Mistress cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date and recommends ordering as early as possible.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Dance Mistress has no control over customs fees, import taxes, or local government charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any applicable import charges.
Shipping Delays
Dance Mistress is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or government agencies.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within carrier systems.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may occasionally be delayed.
Returned or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect the parcel, customs-related issues, or unpaid import duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier fees, and reshipment costs incurred by Dance Mistress.
Any applicable costs may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law.

If your order is required for a competition, showcase, performance, photoshoot, or other time-sensitive event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.
Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed event dates.
Dance Mistress is not responsible for missed events resulting from production delays, shipping delays, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
